The list
Where: Moments in the app’s navigation. The list shows the 80 most recent moments and refreshes on its own while open. Filters across the top:
A filtered list stays as it is while you read it; only the unfiltered list refreshes live.
Columns: when, the page, the cart value, the reason in plain words, the label (Specific help, Offered help, Waited, Stayed quiet, Held back to compare), the sentence if there was one, and what happened next.
What happened next is one of: Bought, Bought on their own (a held-back or left-alone shopper who ordered), Left soon after, Stayed, Kept browsing. It is checked 10 minutes and 30 minutes after the moment and again when an order arrives, so a fresh moment reads “Not known yet”.
The moment page
Click a row. The page has:- The visit so far. Which visit this is (first, second), days since the last, prior orders, whether the shopper was spoken to before, how many code attempts, and whether a coupon extension has been seen on this browser.
- The page and the cart. What was on the screen and in the cart at that second.
- How much of the page they saw. Scroll depth and where attention settled.
- Different codes in seconds. If a burst of codes was tried, the count and timing.
- The decision. The reason the app found, the label, and the sentence as composed. For a quiet moment, why it stayed quiet: bought in the last day, in checkout, typing, no fact to state, held back.
- The note we gave the chat. Where a store also runs a chat tool, the context the app passed it.
- What happened next. With the order reference when an order was credited, linking to the order in Shopify.
- This moment has aged out of the window appears on a moment older than the app’s retention window; the ledger CSV keeps the row.
How to use it
- In watch mode, read the sentences. Each one is what a shopper would have seen. If one is wrong, fix the fact behind it. See Watch mode.
- In active mode, check credited orders. Each one sits beside its moment with the sentence and the time it was shown. This is the audit trail for your bill.
- When a shopper complains about a card, find the moment by time and page, and read what was said and why.
