The store view is the money page for a site with commerce: what the sentences earned, proven against the visitors left alone, with every credited order traceable to the moment it came from. On Shopify it is the Money page; on any other site it is the same data through the console or GET /v1/sdk/{id}/store. The shop-owner walkthrough is in Money; this page names the fields.

The comparison

proof.live and proof.hold each carry visitors, orders, revenue and rate; proof.min_arm is 30 and proven is true once both arms reach it. The arms are the visitors the engine decided to engage, split by the holdout. How the arm is assigned is in The holdout.

Stalled carts right now

live lists visitors whose moment was in the last 30 minutes and who have not ordered since: the cart total, the reason they stalled, whether they were on the cart or a product page, how long ago, and the page. It is the list to watch in the first week; each row is a sale in the balance.

Where carts are lost

leaks groups the ledger’s moments that did not end in an order by reason, with the cart value summed, largest first, up to eight rows. A site whose biggest leak is “sitting on the cart” needs its shipping line; one whose biggest leak is “flipping options” needs size notes.

The ledger

ledger is one row per moment, newest first: the time, a short visitor alias, the cart, the reason, where, the action (Held back to compare, Engaged: nudge or Engaged: assist, Left alone, nothing shown, Stayed quiet), the outcome (Bought within the hour, Bought later, No order yet), the order value and reference, whether it was refunded, whether a code was used, the codes the visitor tried, and credited_usd. It is the audit trail behind every number above: a merchant can pick any credited dollar and see the moment, the sentence and the order.

The daily line

The console’s fourteen-day chart comes from the same store: per day, moments, visitors spoken to, orders credited and their value. It is the quickest read on whether the site is trending.

Windows

The view is computed over the site’s archived moments and orders. Pass since to narrow it to a period; the ledger, the comparison and the leaks all respect it. Until the site has forwarded its first order, the money block, ledger and leaks are illustrative rows marked sample: true, with a needs list naming what the site still has to send (cart values, the visitor id on orders, an order feed); daily and the moment counts are real from the first visit.
