# Exports

> Download the ledger and the moments as CSV from Settings → Your data: the columns in each file, what they mean, and what to do with them.

Everything NextIntent recorded for your store downloads as two CSV files from **Settings → Your data**. The files are fetched with your admin session, so they are yours alone; there is no public link.

## Ledger (CSV)

One row per moment with what it led to. The file is `nextintent-ledger.csv`.

| Column | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `when` | The moment, as a UTC timestamp |
| `shopper` | A short opaque id for the visitor. Not a name, not an email; it cannot be traced back to a person |
| `cart_usd` | The cart total at the moment |
| `stuck_on` | The reason, in the same words as Moments |
| `what_we_did` | Engaged (with the tier), Held back to compare, Left alone nothing shown, or Stayed quiet |
| `then` | What the shopper did next: bought, left soon after, kept browsing, stayed |
| `order_usd` | The order value, if an order was credited |
| `refunded` | The refunded amount on that order, if any |
| `code_given` | Whether the sentence named a discount code |
| `credited_usd` | The amount credited to this moment (the order value minus refunds), which is what 5% is charged on |

Sum `credited_usd` for the month and multiply by 0.05 to check your Shopify invoice. See [See your charges](/shopify/billing/see-your-charges).

## Moments (CSV)

The 200 most recent moments with the decision detail. The file is `nextintent-moments.csv`.

| Column | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `when` | The moment, as a UTC timestamp |
| `page` | The page path the shopper was on |
| `stuck_on` | The reason |
| `decision` | engage, wait or quiet |
| `tier` | For an engage: nudge (Offered help) or assist / answer (Specific help) |
| `said` | The sentence, exactly as shown or as it would have been shown |
| `why` | The app's reason for the decision, in plain words |
| `cart_usd` | The cart total |
| `then` | What the shopper did next |

## What to do with them

* **Check the bill.** Filter the ledger to the month, sum `credited_usd`, take 5%.
* **Read the sentences.** Sort the moments file by `said` to see every distinct sentence the app used and how often.
* **Keep your own record.** Moments older than the app's window drop off the pages; the CSV keeps them.

## About the shopper column

The id is the same one the app uses internally, so the same visitor has the same id across rows. It is a random identifier, not derived from anything about the person. See [Privacy and data](/shopify/privacy-and-data).
