Pick the guide for how you use it. NextIntent watches how visitors move through a website, notices the moment one of them gets stuck (a cart sitting still, a size question, a code that did not take, a form that will not go through), and shows that visitor one sentence taken from facts the site supplied. It says it once, on the page, while they are still there. Visitors who are doing fine never hear from it. There are three ways to use it, and each has its own guide. The Shopify app. Install from the App Store, watch for free, turn on active mode when you have seen what it would say. Written for shop owners. NextIntent on your website, for any site: create a site, install one script tag, give it facts, read the views, connect a chat agent. The SDK contract, the card, the facts sheet, the commerce endpoints and the full management API reference. ## Which one is for you * **You run a Shopify store.** Use the Shopify guide. The app reads your store, writes the facts for you, and bills through Shopify. You never touch the API. * **You run a site on anything else** (a custom store, a SaaS product, a services site). Use the "For any website" guide; the API guide is beside it for the parts you wire up yourself. * **You are building on NextIntent** for several sites, or integrating it into another product.
